Heavy Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm )

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the pellet mill and associated machinery.
• Monitor ingredients to ensure consistent production of top-quality pellets.
• Perform regular quality checks to confirm pellets meet established standards.
• Operate bagging, sealing, stacking, and wrapping equipment efficiently.
• Follow and contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); operate heavy equipment such as wheel loaders and forklifts.

Heavy Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and carry 40 lb. bags occasionally.
• Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Machine Operating and Forklift / Payloader experience.
