Warehouse Operations Operator 1
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform receipt, shipment, movement, manufacture, or control of raw materials, products, recyclable materials, and waste.
- Operate equipment/machinery as needed.
- Prioritize work based on customer needs in a team environment.
- Prepare and maintain various records and documentation.
- Document raw material inventories.
- Promote continuous improvement and foster strong team performance.
- Integrate Quality Systems within all assigned functions and activities.
- Maintain inventory record accuracy to support manufacturing.
- Manage storeroom functions and inventory control.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience Required
- Previous experience in warehouse or manufacturing preferred but not explicitly required.
- Familiarity with inventory, data collection devices, and documentation in warehouse/manufacturing environments.
Skills & Certifications
- Basic PC Skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Understanding of transactional data in an MRP system.
- Adequate math skills.
- Ability to interpret/comprehend specifications and procedures.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools/facility equipment.
- High level of motivation and teamwork.
- Ability to prepare/maintain accurate inventory documentation.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to meet training/licensing requirements per regulatory standards.
- Able to develop required skills rapidly.
