Experienced Assistant Maintenance Technician

Position Overview
You will support daily maintenance operations in a Class A / high‑standard apartment community, assisting with work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turns. This role is best suited for a seasoned technician who understands onsite apartment operations and delivers consistent, high‑quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete and assist with maintenance work orders
- Support unit turns and make‑ready processes
- Perform general plumbing, electrical, appliance, and repair tasks
- Maintain property standards, safety, and curb appeal
Required & Preferred Qualifications
- Hands‑on onsite apartment maintenance experience required
- 5+ years of experience strongly preferred
- Class A or luxury community experience preferred
- HVAC certification is a strong plus
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and professional

- Pay Rate (Contract):$21/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Type:Contract‑to‑Hire
- Start Date:Immediate
