As a key member of our Trantorque Operations team, you will:
- Operate will manufacture quality Trantorque products by performing preset, set-up and operation of CNC lathes and PLC and/or CNC secondary machines; finish, assemble, package and perform material handling duties.
- Perform visual inspection to meet product quality requirements.
- Operate CNC Machine Cell with minimal assistance. Measure parts, make offset wear adjustments, and change worn tools (in a timely manner).
- Perform Vibratory and assembly operations with minimal assistance required to meet customer needs.
- Read and interpret work orders and comments to ensure product accuracy.
- Follow ISO work instruction standards after training and sign-off.
- Adjust equipment and processes to meet product specifications.
- Ask for help when needed to ensure successful production and minimize scrap.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace using the "6S" system.
- Embrace changes in the work environment to support internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Adapt to shifting work priorities as needed.
- Promote safety by identifying and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

We're seeking a team member who:
- Has a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience (13 months preferred).
- Is detail-oriented and comfortable using measurement tools.
- Can read and comprehend technical documents and work orders.
- Is committed to safety and continuous improvement.

- Is adaptable to changing priorities and open to learning new processes.
- Demonstrates initiative and a positive attitude.
- Is willing to grow and take on new responsibilities.
