Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Sales Account Executive, providing expert guidance and solutions to clients in the digital/media industry.
• Analyze client needs and develop customized digital/media marketing strategies to meet their goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute digital/media on air media and marketing campaigns, including events , promotions, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Develop and manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and maintaining strong relationships.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the digital/media marketing industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients.
• Knowledge of technical sales processes and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Your Role:

As a Sales Assistant, you will:

• Support the Sales Team by preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating advertising campaigns across radio and digital platforms.
• Communicate with clients to ensure smooth execution of their ad campaigns.
• Maintain and update sales records, invoices, and reports.
• Conduct market research and assist in identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the creative and programming teams to deliver top-tier advertising solutions.
• Create custom research pieces.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and organizational skills – you’ll interact with clients and internal teams daily.
• Attention to detail – you ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish
• Tech-savvy – experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated and proactive – you anticipate needs and take initiative.
• Previous experience in sales support, media, or advertising is preferred but not required.
