What You’ll Do:

Technical Support

• Provide timely, high-quality support for hardware, software, networking, and phone systems
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, or escalate to the appropriate IT team members
• Support business applications, including Epicor Eclipse ERP
• Assist employees with day-to-day technical needs and questions

Equipment & Systems

• Set up, configure, and deploy workstations, laptops, and peripheral equipment
• Relocate and install equipment across branches as needed
• Partner with branch teams to resolve system or hardware issues
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware and software support

Process & Improvement

• Track, document, and follow up on IT support tickets and projects
• Identify trends in recurring issues and help implement long-term solutions
• Assist in developing IT procedures, documentation, and user guides
• Support IT projects and system improvements as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
• Experience supporting hardware, software, and basic networking
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (occasional travel required)

Preferred:

• Experience with Epicor Eclipse ERP
• Familiarity with distribution, warehouse, or branch operations

Work Environment:
