Perform/ assist in the installation and repair of Plumbing and HVAC fixtures and equipment.
- Rough-in supply and drain lines from scratch.
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other systems.
Diagnose Plumbing/ HVAC problems and determine appropriate solutions.
Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
Provide customers with clear explanations of the work required.
Provide accurate company records of services performed, time, and materials.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Leave a clean work area and ensure safety of the customer's property.
Inspect and clean clogged drains, pipes, and sewer lines using various tools and equipment such as plungers, augers, electric snakes, high-pressure water jetters, and sewer cameras.
Diagnose drainage issues and provide appropriate solutions to restore water flow.
Inspect drain lines for sale of home.
Experience Plumbing/ Drain Cleaning is required.
HVAC Experience is a plus.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
