Job Summary
FTK Hospitality is seeking a talented Executive Chef to help lead and re-open the Culinary creation of an amazing restaurant in the greater Bucks County area. This is an exciting opportunity to define the culinary direction of a highly anticipated dining destination that draws inspiration from a variety of Asian cuisines, delivering innovative and locally-inspired interpretations. Join a dynamic multi-venue hospitality group with 20 properties across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and take charge of a high-profile culinary project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all kitchen operations for the reopening and ongoing service of the restaurant.
• Own menu development and execution, ensuring adherence to the pan-Asian fusion identity while incorporating seasonal creativity.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing back-of-house culinary team.
• Manage food cost, labor cost, and kitchen P&L in partnership with ownership and corporate culinary leadership.
• Ensure consistent food quality, plating standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Uphold brand standards and culinary quality benchmarks across the property.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Chinese or Asian fusion cuisine strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully opening or reopening restaurant concepts.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and kitchen management skills.
• Working knowledge of food cost management, purchasing, and P&L accountability.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a hospitality environment.
