Position: Lead Painter
Location: Newtown Square, PA (and surrounding areas) The majority of our jobs are located on the Main Line and within 20 miles of Newtown Square, PA.

What You’ll Do
- Work on residential painting projects from start to finish, ensuring outstanding quality and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other trades (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as needed to deliver seamless results.
- Prepare surfaces, perform plaster and drywall repairs, and apply paint using brush, roller.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency on every job.
- Conduct regular inspections and uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in residential painting, including team collaboration
- Expertise in surface preparation, plastering, drywall installation/repair, and caulking.
- Strong understanding of color theory and various painting techniques.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs.
