TEAM DRIVING POSITION ONLY

- Solo driver? No problem—we’ll match you with another qualified driver, you will always have the freedom to request a new teammate if needed.
What We Offer
1099 Independent Contractor Position
Choose the loads you want to run. As an independent contractor, you have the freedom to accept or decline loads offered by dispatch.
Performance-based percentage pay
Safety Bonus Program
6-Week-Out Bonus for drivers who choose to stay on the road for five or more consecutive weeks.

Pay Structure
We believe the harder the truck works, the more everyone should earn.
Drivers are paid based on gross revenue after fuel costs.
Performance Pay Scale
- 25%of gross revenue after fuel
- 26%once the truck grosses $17,000+in a week
- 27%once the truck grosses $18,000+in a week
Average weekly earnings: $1,600-$2,000+ per driver , depending on freight, miles, and truck revenue.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A
- Minimum 6 months verifiable OTR experience
- No endorsements required
- Safe driving record
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
