Minimum Qualifications:

• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously, providing menus and explaining daily specials or promotions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables according to restaurant standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and ensure quality control.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions with integrity.
