We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our projects through the implementation of quality control processes and procedures. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and construction teams to identify and resolve any quality issues that may arise during the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for all construction projects

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications

- Identify and document any quality issues and work with the project team to develop solutions

- Monitor and track quality metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and implement corrective actions

- Provide training and support to project teams on quality control processes and procedures

- Conduct final quality checks and inspections before project completion

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control role within the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes

- Familiarity with quality control standards and regulations

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other quality control software
