Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to customer service and repair management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying customer needs.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record to facilitate test drives if necessary.
