Job Description:
Support enterprise telecom and network infrastructure projects through technical coordination and vendor management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Coordinate telecom/network infrastructure for new builds, relocations, and expansions

• Order and track carrier circuits (e.g., MPLS, ENS, EDI)

• Manage low-voltage cabling SOWs and installations

• Audit telecom invoices and coordinate reimbursements

• Conduct weekly project/circuit calls and maintain documentation in SharePoint

• Collaborate with vendors, property managers, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 3–5 years of experience in telecom or IT infrastructure project coordination

  • Strong vendor management and organizational skills

  • Telecom & network infrastructure knowledge, including circuit provisioning

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and project/workflow tools

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background at telecom companies (e.g., Comcast, Telecommunication, Lumen)

  • PMP/CAPM certification or ITIL knowledge

  • Experience in multi-site enterprise environments
