Hand Sprayer Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Hand spray materials and operate/adjust equipment
• Mix and match colors to match customer orders
• Troubleshoot and experiment with finishes as needed
• Understand and modify Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Hand Sprayer Operator Qualifications:

• Occasionally lift 20–30 lbs. of material
• Must have strong math skills and not be color blind
• Stand for entire shift and work in a spray booth environment
• Flexibility to assist in other areas as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
