Job Purpose

Provides general support to department to gain exposure and experience in desired field of study.

This is an onsite role in Reading, PA, Monday through Friday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support team with current projects and initiatives
• Assist with special assignments
• Observe team members and learn about their role in the business

Qualifications

• Candidate should be enrolled in an undergraduate program in a related field of study such as business administration, business management, information management, information technology, etc.
• The candidate should have an outstanding academic record, excellent organizational, interpersonal communication, and writing skills, and strong quantitative and computer skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Extremely high attention to detail
