What You'll Do:

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) at Redstone, you will:

• Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, oral hygiene, hair care, skin care, nail care, and dressing.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Plan, prepare, and assist with meals.
• Assist with self-administration of medications and provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Observe, report, and document client status and care provided.

What You'll Need:

• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License in good standing.
• Reliable, independent transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED.
