Residential Mortgage Collector
- Collection calling of all delinquent mortgage customers from five days delinquent to implementation of foreclosure action.
- Identifying residential mortgage accounts requiring legal notice letters ACT, Fair Foreclosure, ensuring these letters are promptly mailed.
- Coordinates effort with Foreclosure Administrator to implement foreclosure actions and to comply with the secondary servicing requirements relating to collection and reporting activity on these loans.
- Develop and formalize workout plans on residential mortgages that are severely delinquent to ensure that plan promptly and properly addresses the workout issues.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty: Does not apply at this level of education. (Required)Experience

The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The hourly rate for this position is $18.25 - $27.88.
