Your New Role

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

• Service heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality systems

• Identify repair solutions and explain findings clearly to customers

• Complete service documentation and work orders accurately

• Maintain company safety and quality standards on every job

• Provide professional customer service during service appointments

• Work throughout Southampton, PA, and surrounding service areas

• 6+ years of HVAC service technician experience preferred

• EPA Certification required

• Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Experience repairing mechanical and electrical HVAC systems

• Knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, and HVAC control systems

• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional work habits

• Ability to work scheduled on-call rotations and rotating Saturdays
