As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. We are hiring for all shifts 7a-3p, 3p-11p and 11p-7a

About the Role:

As a CNA at Accela Rehab and Care Center at Somerton, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to licensed nurses

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients

• Assisting with meals and snacks, and maintaining patient nutrition

• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care, including personal care, ambulation, and assistance with activities of daily living

• Work closely with licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
