Recruiter

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Skilled Trades Recruiter (Full Desk) for a full-time, on-site role in Bethlehem, PA . This is an in-office position with no remote or hybrid option.

We are seeking a motivated recruiter with strong business development and full-cycle recruiting experience to support high demand in the skilled trades and manufacturing industries.

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, including client acquisition, account management, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement . You will partner with companies hiring skilled trades professionals such as Welders, Fabricators, CNC Machinists, Maintenance Mechanics, and Industrial Technicians .

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business and grow client relationships in the skilled trades sector
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from job order intake to placement
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple recruiting channels
• Match qualified talent to client needs and company culture
• Write and post job descriptions and manage job advertisements
• Present candidates, negotiate offers, and coordinate hiring processes
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and candidates
• Support workforce needs across manufacturing, construction, and industrial clients
• Participate in job fairs, trade schools, and networking events

Qualifications:

• 2.5+ years of full desk recruiting experience
• Strong business development and client acquisition skills
• Experience in skilled trades, construction, or manufacturing recruiting is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple job orders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills

• Base salary $53,000–$55,000 + uncapped commission (up to $10,000+ first-year earning potential)
