Join Our Growing Team at Immaculate Custom Cleaning!

Immaculate Custom Cleaning is a family-owned and operated company based out of Mount Joy, PA. We are looking to add awesome attitudes to our team as we hire new LEAD Cleaning Technicians for both part-time and full-time hours.

We serve residential homes, businesses, and Airbnbs throughout Lancaster County, including (but not limited to) Manheim, Elizabethtown, Mount Joy, Marietta, Centerville, Manheim Township, and Lititz.
Team leads average $18–$25/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrive on location in uniform
• Clean residential homes/businesses with a small team of cleaners, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
• Help to load and unload equipment from team lead vehicle
• Assist in equipment and supply maintenance
• Follow established safety protocols and promote a safe working environment

Job Requirements:

• NO CLEANING EXPERIENCE necessary ! We will train you
• Daytime Hours
• Transportation to drive to each job
• Background check- no crimes of dishonesty
• Ability to lift 30 lbs, stoop, bend, squat repeatedly
• Ability to go up and down stairs often
• Need to be able to direct and lead employees
• Positive attitude, hard-working, and willingness to learn. Everyone can clean, but not everyone can clean like our teams!
• Ability to work independently, and with a team of 2-3 cleaners
• Ability to be on your feet the majority of the working day

The job is working with a small team of trained cleaners. We, as owners and team leads, pride ourselves in preparing the team through excellent hands-on training, and clear communication about each home's needs. We have found this to be an easy way to create a fun, low stress cleaning environment.
