We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Control Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and optimizing our automated die casting operations—ensuring consistent quality, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement. What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and resolve die casting process issues

• Reset machine and robot faults; perform basic robot programming

• Adjust process equipment (e.g., shot tubes, water lines, ladles)

• Interpret CMM reports and make necessary process corrections

• Set up and fine-tune machinery based on APQP, Control Plans, and FMEAs

• Inspect parts using gauges for surface finish, angles, and dimensions

• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

• Follow all safety and compliance procedures

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred)

• 4+ years of experience in die casting or a similar manufacturing environment

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical data

• Familiarity with SPC tools (e.g., Minitab) and quality systems

• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
