Based in Easton, PA, this role combines shop and field work supporting industrial customers across a variety of industries. You'll work on pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and other critical rotating equipment while receiving hands-on training from experienced technicians. Whether your background is in manufacturing maintenance, automotive repair, HVAC, military maintenance, heavy equipment, or industrial service, this position provides a clear path for growth and advancement.

What You'll Do
• Perform disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and related rotating equipment under the direction of shop leadership
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with root cause analysis to identify equipment failures and corrective actions
• Interpret technical drawings, OEM manuals, engineering documents, and repair specifications
• Document repair findings, measurements, tolerances, inspections, and replacement parts accurately
• Utilize shop equipment and tools including drill presses, pneumatic hand tools, horizontal band saws, cutting torches, and precision measuring instruments
• Travel to customer facilities and job sites as needed to support inspections, troubleshooting, and repair activities
• Represent the company professionally while working at customer locations and industrial facilities
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards
• Work independently while managing responsibilities efficiently in both shop and field environments
What You'll Bring
• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical school training or mechanical certification is a plus
• 2–3 years of hands-on mechanical experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, automotive, HVAC, military maintenance, heavy equipment, or a related environment preferred
• Experience with rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, or industrial machinery is a plus but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn a specialized trade
• Experience using precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics, technical drawings, and engineering documents
• Comfortable operating shop equipment and working in industrial environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills with a customer-service mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as needed
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Willingness to work overtime or on-call when business needs require
