Lead Software Engineer
A dynamic and innovative technology company is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join its team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
- Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using C#, Blazor, WPF, WCF, .NET 8, Azure, and SQL Server.
- Architecture and Design: Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to define and implement robust software architectures.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently and effectively.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve development processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in software development with a strong proficiency in C#, Blazor, WPF, WCF, .NET 8, Azure, and SQL Server.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring software development teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
