The Role

• Lead the Floor: Oversee all FOH operations, including service execution, floor plans, and shift management.
• Coach & Mentor: Train and motivate our servers, hosts, and bartenders to deliver excellence.
• Guest Obsessed: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and handle guest feedback with professional grace.
• Operational Excellence: Manage scheduling and maintain strict standards for cleanliness and compliance.
• Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure a seamless service flow.

Who You Are
