Salesforce Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Salesforce environments.
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and licenses.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and automation.
- Build and maintain Flows, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity through data cleansing, imports, exports, and governance practices.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide ongoing support.
- Manage sandbox environments, deployments, and release activities.
- Monitor system performance, security, and platform health.
- Train users and create system documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- 10+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred or required by many employers.

- Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Flow Builder
- Reports & Dashboards
- Data Loader
- Security & Sharing Model
- User Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of AppExchange applications and integrations.
- Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce development concepts.
- Experience with Agile project methodologies.
- Change management and stakeholder management skills.
