Do you have a passion for gardening and flowers ? Do you love working outdoors and connecting with people? New Leaf Growers is looking for enthusiastic, professional, and reliable Garden Center Merchandisers to join our team!

As a wholesale grower supplying high-quality annuals and perennials to large retailers, we take pride in providing beautiful plants and excellent customer service. If you enjoy working with plants, are proactive, and have a positive attitude, this role could be perfect for you!

What You'll Do:

• Display and maintain live plants to ensure our displays look their best
• Remove and condense plant racks as needed to keep things organized
• Interact with customers to answer questions and provide plant care tips
• Collaborate with store personnel to ensure plants are well-stocked and presented
• Work across multiple locations as needed to meet customer needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Some plant knowledge (if possible, but we will train you!)
• Reliability and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work independently
• Smartphone required for communication and reporting
• Weekend availability (Saturdays are a must)
• Great communication skills and a team-player attitude
• A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and help where needed
