- Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare or senior care industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor towards seniors and staff.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in healthcare preferred.
- Experience in developing and implementing care plans.
- Proficiency in using technology for scheduling and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
