We are fundamentally driven by the hopes and aspirations of our families and with the guiding principle that all children have an opportunity to flourish.

Position Summary

The Behavior Health Technician (BHT) is a direct care role at the heart of Kutamani's service delivery. BHTs work one-on-one with children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental delays, providing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based interventions in home and community settings. This is a hands-on, client-facing position that makes a meaningful difference in the daily lives of children and families.

The BHT works under the clinical supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS), who designs each client's treatment plan and provides ongoing guidance and support. The BHT's primary responsibility is to implement that plan with consistency, care, and professionalism — while accurately recording data and communicating observations to the clinical team.

This role is a strong entry point into the behavioral health field and is well-suited for individuals who are passionate about working with children, interested in pursuing a career in ABA or related fields, or looking to gain meaningful clinical experience.
