Position Overview
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced Technology Coordinator to support day-to-day IT operations, including technical support, systems administration, and infrastructure maintenance in a hands-on onsite environment. Candidates must be local to or near Frackville, PA.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Perform system administration (user accounts, access, backups, audits)
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
- Manage IT assets, inventory, and lifecycle processes
- Provide end-user support and training
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and procurement
- Maintain documentation, reports, and compliance standards
- Support process improvements and assist with application development
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Technical support (hardware/software)
- Call tracking/ticketing systems
- Managing IT support issues
- Strong troubleshooting and system/network administration skills
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
