Able Minds ABA is seeking a talented and dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Pennsylvania. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism. Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based treatments and strategies

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with caregivers and other professionals

• Conduct assessments, data collection, and analyses to inform treatment goals and objectives

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including data collection and reporting

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities

• Stay current with industry trends, research, and best practices

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

• 1 year of experience working with children with autism or related disabilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse populations

• $100 - $115 HOURLY compensation package
