Role Overview

We are hiring a Credentialing Manager to support a fast-growing healthcare organization as it scales its provider network and patient population. This role will be provided by credentialing and payer enrollment to ensure providers are operational and billing-ready without delays.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants more ownership than a typical credentialing role and wants to help build processes in a growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing provider credentialing and recredentialing
• Overseeing payer enrollment and provider participation
• Ensuring providers are billing-ready on time
• Tracking credentialing timelines and preventing delays
• Supporting provider onboarding workflows
• Maintaining credentialing documentation and compliance
• Partnering with revenue cycle on enrollment and billing readiness
• Improving credentialing processes as the organization grows

Required Qualifications

• Experience in provider credentialing and payer enrollment
• Understanding of credentialing timelines and workflows
• Experience working with healthcare payers
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Someone proactive who takes ownership of their work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth healthcare organization
• Multi-state credentialing experience
• Experience with Medicare and commercial payers
• Understanding of revenue cycle operations
• Experience improving workflows or processes
