About the Role:
As a Project Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for acting as an owner's representative on various projects located within the Greater Philadelphia market. Project Managers are involved in assisting the client with strategic decisions related to capital projects and managing the effort from concept to completion.
A typical assignment may entail, assisting a client and brokerage with site selection, development of high-level budgets and schedules, leading the procurement of Architecture and Engineering firms, developing contract strategy, running an RFP process for General Contractors, assisting in procurement and management of Low Voltage, Audio Visual, Security, and FF&E. Throughout the process, clients trust the Project Manager to be actively tracking and advising on all matters related to the project, including budget and schedule.
This is not a remote role; the selected candidate should be based in the Greater Philly area and have the ability to report to office or project sites as dictated by client needs.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
What You'll Do:

Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.

Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.

Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.

Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.

Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

What you'll need
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Bachelor's degree preferred and a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Prior experience working within commercial construction/real estate projects, particularly within the corporate office, industrial, or life science sectors.

Solid track record of managing multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously and the ability to deliver under pressure or fast-paced environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including MS Project and MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu

Basic understanding of CPM scheduling and budget management

General knowledge of leases, contracts, construction practices, and the ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.

Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.
