Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching Certification required

• Organizational skills, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to supporting educational goals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction, support, and intervention plans for high school students with varying learning differences
• Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with federal and state regulations
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods based on unique student needs
• Evaluate student progress and maintain accurate academic records
• Collaborate closely with general educators, counselors, and support staff
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student growth and goals
• Foster a safe and encouraging classroom environment that promotes student engagement
