Your Role

As Head Chef , you’ll lead all back-of-house operations across two kitchens — menu creation, ordering, inventory, food costing, and vendor management. You’ll recruit, train, and motivate staff while ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and hospitality.

What You Bring

• 5+ years BOH restaurant experience

• 2+ years in chef or management role

• Food safety certification (preferred)

• Strong leadership, organization & communication skills

• Calm, dependable, and detail-oriented under pressure

• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Pay & Benefits

• $75,000–$80,000/year + annual bonus ($5K paid quarterly)

• Closed Monday & Tuesday

• Service Hours: Wed–Thu 4–9 PM | Fri–Sat 11:30 AM–10 PM | Sun 11:30 AM–8 PM
