Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing and managing personal injury cases
• Conduct client intake and open new case files
• Request and organize medical records and billing documentation
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and medical providers
• Track treatment progress and case deadlines
• Draft and assemble settlement demand packages
• Maintain regular client communication and provide case updates
• Assist with settlement documentation and file closings

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $55,000 – $77,000 , commensurate with experience
• Discretionary bonus opportunity
• 100% employer-paid medical coverage

• 18 days PTO, increasing with tenure

Physical Requirements

• This is a high-volume, screen-based role requiring prolonged computer usage, including reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings
