Email Marketing Coordinator (7+ Month Contract)

A local college is seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to join their team starting April 1st for a minimum of six months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing communications with precision and creativity.

The primary responsibility will be drafting, formatting, and distributing email newsletters to various audiences across the institution. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work. Experience with Mailchimp is strongly preferred.

This position will report directly to the Associate Vice President and will also support the team with additional tasks and projects as needed.
