A/P and A/R Clerk

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerk to provide immediate support to a local finance team. This is a temporary contract role intended to cover a leave of absence, starting on Monday, April 13th. You will be responsible for keeping financial workflows moving by handling both payables and receivables tasks.

salary: $21 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Managing and processing incoming Accounts Payable invoices.
• Conducting proactive Accounts Receivable follow-ups to ensure timely collections.
• Assisting with general administrative tasks within the accounting department as needed.
• Maintaining accurate digital and physical financial records.
