We are seeking an Inside Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Bristol, PA. This position plays a key role in supporting our eCommerce website and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role is responsible for handling inbound phone calls, online chats, and support tickets related to part availability and lookup requests. In addition, this position will generate and send quotes, process orders, and provide product support to customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage inbound calls, chats, and tickets for parts inquiries and availability requests
- Provide accurate part lookups, pricing, and product information for forklift, arborist, and industrial equipment parts
- Generate, format, and send quotes to customers in a timely manner
- Assist with order entry, tracking, and expediting customer requests
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and transactions
- Collaborate with sales, service, and warehouse teams to meet customer needs and support company goals
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while working in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in parts sales, customer service, or inside sales
- Knowledge of forklift, heavy equipment, or industrial parts strongly preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills (phone, email, chat)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
