The Sales Support Professional 2 provides licensing and credentialing support to the internal Direct Marketing Services and Customer Success Team call centers and DMS Business Partner Operations.
The Sales Support Professional 2 will report to the Manager. Provide support with onboarding, contracting, and licensing oversight. This role plays a key part in providing a seamless transition to enable agent readiness to sell within regulatory and organizational standards. Assist with the preparation, processing, and tracking of license applications and renewals across multiple states. Monitor and ensure agents meet continuing educations requirements and assist agents with navigating state licensing requirements. Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and secure records to ensure compliance. Serve as the primary contact between agents and the state departments of insurance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
-
3 or more years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field

Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with state-specific licensing requirements and data privacy best practices

Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products to include: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$59,300 - $80,900 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
