Hybrid Executive Assistant/ Family Personal Assistant
(Hybrid)-Executive Assistant / Family Personal Assistant needed in WEST CHESTER, Pennsylvania
Job Type: Full-TimeSalary: $70,000 + (depending on experience) Location: On-site-West Chester / Hybrid / Remote Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional flexibility required)

The family is seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Hybrid Executive Assistant / Family Personal Assistant to support a business owner with both professional and personal responsibilities. This role requires discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in both a business and family environment and understands the importance of confidentiality and professionalism. Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant (Business Support)
• Manage and maintain the Principal’s business calendar, meetings, and travel
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups
• Act as a gatekeeper for business communications (email, scheduling, calls)
• Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and partners
• Track projects and ensure deadlines are met
• Assist with expense tracking and administrative tasks
• Maintain confidentiality of all business matters Family / Personal Assistant (Personal Support)
• Manage personal and family calendars, appointments, and schedules
• Coordinate personal travel, events, and household logistics
• Manage household vendors (cleaning, maintenance, childcare coordination, etc.)
• Handle personal administrative tasks and reminders
• Run time-sensitive errands as needed
• Assist with special family projects or planning
• Provide limited childcare-related assistance as needed, such as coordinating and occasionally assisting with school drop-off or pick-up during parent travel
(not a primary childcare role) Time Allocation
• Approximately 60% business / 40% personal, with flexibility based on priorities Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, scheduling tools)
