We are seeking a highly organized individual for the role of Shipper and Receiver located in the Warminister, PA area . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing warehouse operations, prior experience using FedEx or UPS shipping system, and knowledge of excel sheets to update customer information information. Some other skills include using the shrink wrapping machine to wrap the pallets, and experience managing shipping documents. This is a FULL TIME and LONG TERM opportunity, offers WEEKLY PAY, and looking to INTERVIEW IMMEDIATELY.

Responsibilities

• Check in and put away material by verifying quantities, roll sizes, and quality of received materials.
• Accurately receive into ERP system.
• Manage shipping documentation and paperwork.
• Track shipment progress and address delivery issues, filing claims as needed.
• Prepare shipments utilizing a shrink wrap machine.
• Set up outbound customer shipments using small parcel, LTL, couriers, and other cost-effective shipping methods.
• Perform warehouse housekeeping, stocking, loading, and organizing materials.
• Maintain inventories ensuring First In, First Out (FIFO) is practiced.
• Perform quarterly inventory inspections for both stock and customer product inventories.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a shipper/receiver in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in FedEx, UPS, and other freight company platforms for creating online shipments.
• Forklift operation skills.
• Proficient computer literacy with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, bend, squat, reach, push and pull.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warminster, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Warminster,PA.
