Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced Steakhouse Executive Chef , culinary expertise, a history of supportive leadership to develop and mentor a diverse team, and ability to execute all aspects of the culinary program with care and consistency, to the specifications of our proven systems.
This position offers a comprehensive package including:

Qualified candidates will have
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive kitchen leadership experience, as CDC or higher, in high-volume, well-rated restaurants
- Leadership qualities including the ability to motivate, mentor and drive results of a diverse culinary workforce
- Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor management and bottom-line profitability
- Ability to support the line during service while managing consistency, quality, ticket times and expo
- Excellent meat and fish butchery skills and know all properties of stock making and sauce work
