Line Cook (Back of House)
Position Summary
We are seeking skilled and motivated Line Cooks to join our back-of-house team. This role is ideal for cooks who thrive in a fast-paced environment, value precision, and want to contribute creatively to a food-forward winery concept.Responsibilities
- Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Assist with daily prep, station setup, and breakdown
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Communicate clearly with chefs and team members during service
- Contribute ideas and feedback during menu development and specials
Qualifications
- 3+ year professional kitchen experience preferred
- Strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude, reliability, and team-oriented mindset
- Passion for food and desire to grow within a professional kitchen
