About Healing Within Counseling & Psychotherapy
At Healing Within Counseling & Psychotherapy, we believe healing happens through connection — to self, to others, and to purpose.
We are a trauma-informed, holistic private practice that specializes in EMDR, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress-related issues. Our therapists integrate evidence-based practices with compassion, mindfulness, and nervous-system regulation.
Position Overview
We are expanding our team and seeking two licensed therapists who are passionate about helping clients heal from trauma and stress while working in a warm, supportive, and flexible environment.
You’ll have the freedom of private practice with the benefit of consistent referrals, mentorship, and community.
What We Offer
- Full caseload provided — we take care of marketing & referrals
- Flexible schedule: create your own hours (hybrid or telehealth)
- Beautiful, calm office space (optional in-person sessions)
- Admin support for billing, scheduling, and EHR
- Opportunities for EMDR consultation, supervision, and mentorship
- Optional training in somatic and holistic approaches
- Supportive trauma-informed, heart-centered culture
- Growth opportunities for speaking, workshops, or leadership roles
- Consistent pay, bonuses, and CEU reimbursement opportunities
Ideal Candidate
You’re a compassionate, motivated clinician who values authentic connection, trauma-informed care, and holistic wellness. You enjoy collaborating with others but also thrive independently. You want to be part of a practice that truly honors healing — for clients and clinicians alike.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist)
- Training or strong interest in EMDR, trauma, or somatic work
- At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
