Travel Audiologist Job

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and assessments.
- Diagnose and treat patients with hearing and balance disorders.
- Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids and other assistive devices.
- Educate patients and families about hearing loss and treatment options.
- Perform auditory rehabilitation and counseling for individuals with hearing impairments.
- Work closely with physicians, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated with advancements in audiology technology and treatment methods.
Qualifications
- Education: Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Valid state audiology license and certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or American Board of Audiology (ABA).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, excellent patient communication, and technical proficiency in audiology equipment.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to accept travel assignments to various healthcare facilities.
