Bookkeeping/Accountant
BOOKKEEPING /ACCOUNTANT POSITION
Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, Hilltown, PA
Part time (10-15hrs. per week)
- Oversee parish financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll and financial entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Prepare Month end balance sheet that are fully reconciled
- Prepare and monitor annual budget
- Record all bank deposits
- Manage and pay all monthly bills in quickbooks
- Print checks for pastor to sign and maintain files for vendor invoices
QUALIFICATIONS: Expert in excel, quick books
