We are looking for a Rock Star Front Office Coordinator
Job Qualification/Requirement:
- Minimum of 1 year dental front office experience required.
- CPR Certification
- Prior knowledge Dental software Electronic Health Records, Dentrix, Open Dental, Eagle Soft Etc.
Essential Functions:
- Patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collection, data entry and processing and cash posting
- Knowledge and experience in all aspects of billing
- Skill in using healthcare software and computer systems
- Professional communication and presentation skills, including face to face, email, telephone and video conference
- A willingness to be flexible and accommodating for patients
- Mastery in insurance verification and eligibility
