Nurse Supervisor (RN)

Full Time and Part Time | Days, Evenings or Nights

** Up to $45/hour (Based on Experience) PLUS Shift Differentials **

What is required as a Nurse Supervisor (RN)?

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (RN: Registered Nurse)
• Current RN licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing
• CPR certification
• Minimum of 2 years experience in long-term care or rehabilitation nursing or equivalent
• Prefer previous management or supervisory experience

What will I do as a Nurse Supervisor (RN)?

• Monitor quality clinical practice and resident care service
• Demonstrate financial accountability
• Maintain and direct staff to accomplish staff job results
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
• Assure communication at shift changes
• Demonstrate professional development
